What is our Shipping policy?
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $75 AUD.
For international orders, we charge a flat rate of $20 AUD using economical air freight.
Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Domestic Shipping
- Metro Areas (standard): 2–4 business day
- Regional (standard): 3–6 business days
- Express Post 1–3 business days
International Shipping
We use economical international air freight at a flat rate of $20 AUD.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but here are typical estimates:
- New Zealand: 6–10 business days
- Japan: 10–15 business days
- United States: 10–15 business days
- Canada: 12–18 business days
- Europe (incl. UK): 12–20 business days
These are general guidelines only—actual delivery times can vary depending on customs, local postal services, and peak periods.
Once your order is on the way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Do we offer Returns?
We want you to love your STēLF kit. If it's not quite right, we're happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit for full-priced items returned within 14 days of your original order date (excluding shipping costs and any taxes or duties).
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In 'as-new' condition, with all original tags attached and returned in original packaging
For full-priced items returned after 14 days (up to 30 days), we offer store credit only.
Sale items (excluding items marked Final Sale) are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 days.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty. These will be clearly marked on the product page or discounted via coupon during specific sale events (e.g. Black Friday).
Preorder & Presale items are non-refundable for change of mind. Once a preorder or presale order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If STēLF Cycling is unable to fulfil your preorder for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If your item arrives faulty or not as described, our standard warranty and returns provisions apply in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note, the following are subject to store credit only, not refunds:
- Industry discounts or crash replacement discounts
- Preorder and presale purchases (in the event a remedy is applicable)
Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are non-refundable in all circumstances. Returns are the customer's responsibility and are subject to stock availability at the time your return is received.
Returns Summary:
- Full-priced items returned ≤ 14 days: Customers can choose to receive a refund, store credit, or exchange the item.
- Full-priced items returned 15–30 days: Customers can only receive store credit, no refunds or exchanges.
- Sale items returned ≤ 14 days: Customers can only receive store credit, no refunds or exchanges.
- Final Sale items: These items cannot be returned for any reason.
- Preorder & Presale items: Non-refundable for change of mind. Faulty or incorrectly described items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Please ensure all returned items are carefully packaged, and we recommend using a tracked postage service. STēLF Cycling is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
We can only accept returns for orders placed directly through stelf.cc. For purchases from third-party stockists, please contact the original store.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
To enquire about a return or to initiate the returns process, please contact us at sales@stelf.cc. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days.
What if my item is Faulty? Is there a Warranty?
We stand by the quality of our gear. If you believe your item is faulty, contact us at sales@stelf.cc with clear photos and a description of the issue.
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund faulty garments depending on the nature of the issue.
Warranty period:
All STëLF garments are covered under a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Claims must be made within this timeframe.
Important:
Garment discolouration caused by poor-quality detergents, especially in top-loading washing machines, is not covered under warranty. Please follow care instructions closely to maximise the lifespan of your kit.
Do you offer a crash replacement
If you’ve been pushing the pace and your kit pays the price in a crash, we’ve got you.
Email sales@stelf.cc with a few photos and details of the incident. If our team determines the item is unwearable, we’ll hook you up with 30% off a replacement item from the same range*.
Important:
- Minor marks or abrasions won’t qualify—only gear deemed unwearable by the STëLF team is eligible
- Discount applies to the full-price of the item and cannot be used on sale items
- Subject to stock availability. Discount applies to the same item or closest equivalent if the original is discontinued

Terms of Service
By accessing or using the STëLF Cycling website (“Site”) and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Throughout the Site, the terms “STëLF”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to STëLF Cycling.
We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
WEBSITE USE
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Site
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Site without written permission
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to the Site where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
PRODUCTS & PRICING
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities available for purchase
- Discontinue products at any time
- Change pricing or product descriptions without notice
- Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; however, actual colours may vary depending on your screen or device settings.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable unless otherwise stated.
ORDERS
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment or shipping issues
If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information, including shipping details and sizing selections, is accurate at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING
Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
STëLF Cycling is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs processing, weather events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch to the shipping carrier.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
STëLF Cycling complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
We want you to love your STëLF kit. If your purchase is not quite right, we may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance with our Returns Policy and your rights under Australian law.
Change of Mind Returns
For eligible full-priced items:
- Returns requested within 14 days of the original order date may receive a refund, exchange, or store credit
- Returns requested between 15–30 days from the original order date are eligible for store credit only
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for store credit only unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for change of mind.
Preorders & Presales
Preorder and presale purchases are non-refundable for change of mind once an order has been placed.
If STëLF Cycling is unable to fulfil a preorder or presale item, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Nothing in this clause excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law where goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet statutory consumer guarantees.
Faulty Items
Where a product is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
STëLF Cycling is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Third-Party Retailers
We only accept returns for items purchased directly through stelf.cc. Purchases made through third-party stockists or retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
PREORDERS & LIMITED RELEASES
From time to time, STëLF Cycling may offer products on a preorder, presale, or limited-release basis.
Estimated dispatch dates are approximate only and may change due to manufacturing, freight, or supplier delays.
Where an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may hold shipment until all items are available or dispatch separately at our discretion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including logos, branding, product names, graphics, photography, videos, artwork, written content, and website design, is the property of STëLF Cycling or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
USER CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
If you submit reviews, photos, tagged social media content, or other materials to STëLF Cycling, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
You confirm that:
- You own or have permission to share the content
- The content does not infringe third-party rights
- The content is not unlawful, defamatory, or misleading
We reserve the right to remove or refuse user-generated content at our discretion.
